UP State Philatelc Exhibition 2014 will be held  from 7 – 9 th March at Rajkiya Abhilekhagar, Mahanagar, Lucknow – 6. There is no entry fee in Junior and school category. In senior section, entry fee is Rs 100 per frame. For details contact Philatelic Bureau, Lucknow.
